Held from July 29 to 31, the 13th Power & Energy Africa wrapped up successfully in Nairobi. As the bellwether event for East Africa’s energy sector, the exhibition gathered over 300 exhibitors from more than 40 countries worldwide and drew more than 12,000 professional attendees. Distributors, EPC contractors, project developers and government institutions gathered here, making it the most vital offline platform for global energy enterprises to tap into the East‑African market.

Chinese exhibitors took up half of the new‑energy sector at the show. PV modules, hybrid inverters, lithium‑iron‑phosphate energy storage batteries, all‑in‑one energy storage systems, solar water pumps, off‑grid home systems and power transmission & distribution equipment stood out as the most sought‑after exhibits.

Many participating companies commented on the high quality of on‑site visitors. A large number of local distributors and engineering integrators came from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda. Rather than merely making general inquiries, many clients arrived with real‑world project requirements. In‑depth B2B discussions were held on agency partnerships, project tenders and bulk procurement solutions.

U‑skyenergy showcased its photovoltaic product portfolio including batteries, portable power stations and inverters during the show. The team engaged with local African new‑energy enterprises to discuss Africa‑tailored PV products and future industry development, achieving fruitful outcomes.
